Hannibal Housing Authority is seeking a full-time maintenance worker to become part of our team. You will be required to perform all necessary work to keep our rental units, buildings, and grounds safe and sanitary condition. Work hours are Monday -Thursday 6:30 am to 4:30 pm Background check and valid Missouri drivers license required. Vacation, paid sick time, retirement and insurance are some of the benefits provided. Hannibal Housing Authority is seeking a part time receptionist for our 11th street location. This person would be responsible for taking payments, answering phones, helping with files and other office duties. Must have excellent communication skills. Reliable attendance and valid Missouri driver’s license. Hours of work will be 9:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday to Thursday. applications call be picked up at 3614 Navajo Hannibal MO.

Important information regarding COVID19:Hannibal Housing Authority is requesting all tenants conduct as much business as possible by phone, mail, text, e-mail or the drop boxes. Please do not come to the office unless you have received a phone call from staff requesting you to come. The Hannibal Housing Authority announces that on March 8, 2023 the Hannibal Housing Authority shall make available for public review a draft copy of components of its 5-year Annual Agency Plan per the guidelines of 24 CFR 903 a requirement of the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998.
These documents will be available Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the HHA Administrative office located at 3614 Navajo Street, Hannibal Missouri, 63401 for a period of approximately 45 days.
The HHA has scheduled a Public Hearing to be held on March 15, 2023 in the Hannibal Housing Authority building at 3614 Navajo Street, Hannibal Missouri, 63401. At this time, the HHA shall receive and consider any and all comments prior to finalization of their agency plan for submission to HUD on or before April 17, 2023.
